汇智始终关注农民工子女教育和成长问题。先后与联合国教科文、国家卫健委、 清华大学教育基金会、中国福利基金会、阳光未来艺术教育基金会、成都市教育 局等合作，在成都和西南地区开展农民工子女教育的社会融入及研究和实践项目， 与成都市各区县的民办幼儿园建立了长期的合作伙伴和信任关系，与市教育局、 关工委、妇联等相关政府部门建立了合作关系。

Public Service Funds E-Platform is an online system to digitalize the budgeting cycle of Chengdu participatory budgeting(PB), boosting citizen engagement by mobilizing younger working adults as well as vulnerable groups like migrant works and housewives that is usually absent from traditional PB participation, also improving the efficiency of government budget to reallocate money and resources into the most needed public service by vulnerable groups, to further build a more sustainable community and city.
